When attempting to use manual dispatch / fixed time / fixed resource the task does not assign to any technician within FSM.

We have identified that the update sent to PSO excludes the resource ID when these options are used and seems to be the issue stopping the assignment in PSO.

 

What mechanism generates this XML sent to PSO? How can we modify it?
