PSO what is used for compare and Schedule assistance any one explain
Hi,
The compare screen simply allows the user to quickly compare any number of activity or resource details next to one another. There are two dropdowns that have a multi select to choose what you wish to compare.
The assistance page helps the user to match activities to resources. By clicking on an activity in the top grid a list of resources which are suitable for that activity are display in a grid below.
For a more detailed explanation of these pages though please review section 7 and 8 of the PSO Workbench User Guide.

i have compare 2 resource same skill and calendar available both are same location so PSO why schedule one engineer and not assigned task another Engineer any specific reason
It is hard to say without seeing your data. If you are on PSO version 6.10 then you can use the new explainability page, this page gives you a breakdown of why an activity has not been scheduled to a different resource or position in a shift. This might help with your questions.
