Hi.
When a request becomes closed, there is a button called “Post to invoice” on the invoice tab under requests.
How can I run that automatically so that the user does not have to click on it, but instead make it execute when request status becomes closed?
Someone suggested a business rule using xml. Is there a simpler way of executing the script attached to the button? Or an app parameter that could be set to do this? I am not that well versed in xml, so if I need to use the business rule method, how would I pass the parameters needed into the xml?
