the group Beneteau is currently in IFS implementation framing phase

Our dealership network is currently using a PORTAL B to B  to order boats with internal CPQ and claim for warranties.

To replace it we are hesitating between :

  1. Using IFS AURENA modules; for better ERP integration (with CPQ, FSM..)
  2. Developing a specific portal that would connect to IFS webservices, for better user experience

Had any B to B industry face and answer this question ? what scenario did you choose ?
