Not Able to see Service Request After Sent to Backoffice

Currently when a "New Request" is created from the mobile device (process 10.26.2.1) the new request is sent to the backoffice and the end user is not able to keep the request to execute. This is an issue when handling afterhours work.

What happens when a request is created? A Task is also created?

You want the task to be dispatched to the same tech?

What happens when a request is created?  The request is created and sent to the backoffice.

A Task is also created? Yes, the task is created based on the Service Catalog selected, the catalog is properly set to include resource group required and hours.

You want the task to be dispatched to the same tech? Yes, this is to handle after hour situations

Hey @laurapatzka04 

You will need to develop the process and functionality.

Create a checkbox to assign the task back to the mobile user. When this is ticked, dispatch back to the request creator.
