HIST_REC_LIMIT_MEAS is the maximum number of historical measurement records to be transferred.

Customer has set this parameter to 3, so they will only see 3 historical records and that’s fine. But the problem is that on mwo the customer could see the oldest 3 records. 

But we believe that seeing the oldest records is not important but seeing the latest 3 records will be more important for the service Engineer.

Could you please explain why it has been implemented like this or is it a bug?
