HI All,

 

Is there any possiblity to add multiple email id & multiple contact number in person screen.

 

it will be helpful to receive notification to multiple person for single task which is much important.

The solution which you have shared is common message to all group, here my requirements is.

Task 1 - Assigned to Shiyaz -- In Shiyaz Person screen i want to add Mobile No 1 & 2 and Email id 1  & 2

Task 2 - Assigned to Lee -  In Lee Person screen i want to add Mobile No 3 & 4 and Email id 3  & 4.

 

 

 


If you use wildcards in the notification distribution list you can get it to dynamically change in that way. Just store the contacts under contact types of the same type and then wild card on the distribution list to pull in the assigned persons contact of that type.

Alternatively, you can create the secondary information as contacts and then pull them in to the task when the task is assigned using a Business Rule. You can then refer to the contact on the task in the distribution list.

I think iam not able to explain properly. In person screen can i add multiple contact numbers for 1 person & Multiple email id .

No, that is not possible. I was trying to provide some workarounds you could use instead to reach the same result given that it is not possible.

Sorry, I should have been clearer initially that it is not possible to add more contact numbers/emails to the field.
