Alert message that triggers when the technician wants to "complete" the task and no signature is given.

Need this alert message on next button in customer review screen and on completed button in technician review screen in Mobile Client.

You can add a client script and attach it to the relevant button on the relevant screen.

In the script check if a signature exists.

Hi @ATZATZBHAVUK ,

I’m going from memory, so cannot be too specific.  If you are using the new Customer Review (DebriefCustomerReview) and Summary (DebriefReview) screens that were added in Update 17, then you can configure the screens to make the signatures required.  If you are using the deprecated screens, you cannot do this without custom code.  See Release Notes for more information.


Can someone explain me where the indicated hard coding items that are present in the system for the complete button are?
