When I place an activity on another resource in the Gantt, a change is displayed but not executed. After a browser refresh, the activity is on the original resource.
If I make a change using the edit function, then it works. However, our customer would like to be able to change the activities in the Gantt directly.
The activities are sent via IFS Cloud.
Does anyone have any idea what the problem is?

Depending on what PSO release you are on, you can set parameters/permissions so that drag&drop brings in a panel from the right-hand side, where you can Validate the change.
Another thing to check is that when you make/enforce manual changes and even though PSO accepts them, they are still validated by IFS Cloud. For example, if the resource demand was for Resource Group 1 and you manually drag it to Group 2, IFS Cloud would reject this change. But in that case you would usually see a toast message.
