Incorrect surveys get synced to mobile(FSM)

We currently have an issue where incorrect surveys get synced to mobile. In brief, We have set our sync rules to exclude survey type = Call Center that in inactive. But it is not happening as intended. Inactive surveys are also getting synced. Could you please give a heads up where else I should check if this is properly configured?

If the sync rules queries are setup correctly, you can check the constraint filters as well. Please try by adding filters as (ACTIVE = 'Y' and CATEGORY <> 'CALL CENTER') which should be in the audit extract for ‘SURVEYS’ > refresh cache > initialize mobile. And then see if this helps
