In FSM how get a part installed that becomes a product to add to the product structure?

I am using the PI part line code and have set the ‘Update Product Structure’ flag to = ‘Y’ but when i complete a part usage it does not add to a structure. It creates or updates the product record correctly.

How do I get it to update the structure when completing part usage?
