Hi

Is there any way to export shift details including shift templates and shift items for a resource in PSO?

Also adding to it, how to export the active resource details in PSO?

Can you try to save a schedule in the workbench and export it as XML (needs to be enabled in permissions). I have built Power BI reports based on that, it has resources, shifts etc.

You can achieve the same by requesting a broadcast including input and output data.

Is it possible to export the details as excel?

XML only, but with Excel's Power Query or Power BI you can easily convert that.
