I marked a task as complete from MWO & then manager filled hrs against it from cloud browser screen. Even after sync, that does not show up on MWO.

I marked a task as complete from MWO & then manager filled hrs against it from cloud browser screen. Even after sync, that does not show up on MWO.
I just noticed that even if the task is not complete, browser filled hrs are not syncing up on MWO. What can be the possible reason for this?
