We are looking for users who plan service resources in IFS Cloud by e.g. “Allocate Resource” (screenshot attached). Purpose is to share experience and practices. Issues we struggle with are:
- only tasks can be planned, not workorders as a whole
- there is no full view of all workorders, you need to manage workorder by workorder.
Is the tool perceived as user friendly to plan service resources?
