Hi Experts,

I've enabled GPS on my mobile device, but I'm encountering an issue where I can't see the GPS fix in PSO WB. Does anyone know if there's a setting on the PSO end that I might need to adjust to enable this feature?

 


 

 

Check Solution Manager>Mobile Apps>Logs and Queues>Device Locations to see if the device actually sends location data. What release are you on? GPS fix display has only been added recently.

Yes, Device location has been sent. But longitudinal and latitude coordinates are sent as Zeros!

I am using 23R2 SU4

 

 


Look at the second message, it tells you that the MWO app (actually the container) has not been granted access to location data by the operating system. And 0.0/0.0 are not sent to PSO (which does make sense). On Windows, check this:
