Hello,

my customer needs to get the licence key file in order to proceed with installation.

I already contacted with IFS Sales person that triggered the requests. 

It’s difficult to manage the customer relationship considering that he signed the contract in December and that is receiving related bills, but IFS did not provide yet all the necessary files to install the software. By registering into the customer portal under the Customer CID code there is not even the possibility to request access to the support portal. So they are not even in the position to raise a Case.

Anyone encountered the same problem? Any suggestion about how to proceed?

We encouter same kind of problem when trying to create access to the Support Portal for our own team (customer side).

The register action on ifs.com/login says user email invalid and the forgot password option says user email already exists... 

So far I have raised a case and waiting for answer. 


thanks @Benoit Leblond for me is even different, I was able to create the user, but accessing only IFS Community or FTP services, not the support portal.
