FSM6u10 Mobile App (Android) attachment file location

How do we get the mobile device to ‘remember’ the last used file location when attaching files to the attachments screen? It always defaults back to the root

@Lee Pinchbeck do you have any idea if that can be achieved somehow? I know, we have a parameter for the Smart/Web Client but not for Mobile, or?

Hi @MartinF @roklde,

I believe this may be related to the device permissions. I am pretty sure I have had the device remember the path used for FSM Mobile before.

It may depend on the FSM version and the device make model/Android version.

Below post seems to suggest that is also the case:

@MartinF are you able to advise the device and android details that this is occurring on? We can then see if there are issues for those devices or OS versions.
