Hello,

 

or some time now we have had the problem that when writing in FSM there is a long delay before what has been written is displayed in the fields in FSM. The network environment has been completely checked and is in order. Has anyone ever had this phenomenon?

Hi @mkuehnl,

Have you checked whether the app param SPELL_CHECK_TEXT is enabled in your environment? If that’s the case, try to disable this and check this once again after refreshing cache? Also, is this happening only in a specific environment? Have you got around to test this in any other environment?

we have checked the app param. The param is disabled. We have the problem in all areas of FSM in the  PROD system. But the problem comes and goes. It is not consistent. :-(

Hi @mkuehnl ,

Is FSM hosted in managed cloud or on-premise environment? Did you make any changes in the environments recently? If that’s the case, then it would be best to trace back through the changes if you had already validated the network and hosted instances.

FSM is managed in IFS cloud. We have done no changes but we have some the assumptions it occured since update to Version 23. We also tried different browsers Edge, Chrome and Firefox but we see on all brwoser the same effect. Start working after 1,5 hour the writing is extrem slowly. You write and after 10-15 seconds the entry appears in the fsm screen. After closing and opening the browser we have the same effect.

Hi @mkuehnl  I think it would be best to open up a support case to IFS since you have already performed a recent upgrade to the environments.
