Is there a way to have FSM-Appointment-Booked activities in PSO labeled “Booked” or with a different color/colour to regular allocated activities? We would like to visually display which activities in PSO have been appointment booked from FSM.
Just to confirm, you’re talking about the display in the PSO Schedule Workbench, not the FSM schedule board or task screen?
