Where this screnshot is taken from? Seems like it is available.
Also try searching for function named DOCUMENTATIONDELIVERIES, on role record.

I have added the same function in other Roles but it’s not visible.

There is also an OVERVIEW function. Try it.
Make sure it is not ‘disabled’ which is the default value when adding a function.
