FSM Mobile - Mandatory signature completion task

Hi All,

 

As a follow-up to topic 

 

Is it possible to edit the signature mandatory function? I notice in Android it isn’t mandatory, but in IOS you can’t complete a task without a signature.

Issue was using the deprecated screen “DebriefSignature” , instead of the new “DebriefReview” screen. The new screen however, handles the use of the Technician signature differently.

How did you control the signature as (not) mandatory?

@Shneor Cheshin You can set the flag ‘Required’ to false, for field TASK.TECH_SIGNATURE_ID. This was not possible on the previous screen (DebriefSignature)
