Hello experts,

When I access the mobile app I no longer have UI Design available.

I have already checked the STUDIO license type, reviewed the roles, reviewed the app parameters and it still does not appear.

I noticed that the Profile information is not being uploaded.

 

 

What could it be, can someone help me?

Did you try to reinstall the app on your device or check with a different user?

I would guess there’s a problem with the person sync rule or your person record specifically causing an error when mobile tries to download your profile.  Try turning up mobile logging and initialize.  Look for an error related to replicating the person data.  You also may see an error in the Mobile Errors screen in the Smart Client.

Yes, I've tried that.

The error is also occurring with other users and different roles.
