Please give us some input on the below scenario.
A field technician will will upload a photo/document from his mobile and the same will be updated in FSM back office. Now the question is how we can send those uploaded documents to a 3rd part system like DMS.
Should we develop a interface for this?

Have you had a look through at the other topics on integrations that have already been raised in the Community. There have been a number of queries on outgoing connections and you should be able to handle sending a document via these.
Just set the system to trigger the integration when the document is uploaded.
