Are surveys supported in the FSM Tech Portal (through web Client)?
I know Surveys are supported in Web Client (auth: fsm // TASK screen), but I am struggling with the functionality through Tech Portal. (auth: tech // TECHPORTALTASK screen)
When we add the survey tab to the TECHPORTALTASK screen the survey answers show up perfectly fine.. However, when pressing the “Surveys” button, we get no results for available surveys. (screenshot below)
The interest part is. When I manually swap screens from “TECHPORTALTASK” to “TASK”, using the same portal, same credentials, same task, it DOES work
