I am trying to build a business rule with custom xml code and i want to send an auto email notification using xml . I have the “DISTR_LIST_ID” and “MESSAGE_NAME” .How to have those on xml code for sending email once certain criteria met. Can you please help me on the email notification xml code?

Is there a reason this is not being done using the standard business rule and notification message setup as in baseline rather than trying to do this in XML code as the Business Rule output?
There are some articles and posts already in the community around setting these up. One below as an example:
The standard baseline functionality is able to handle sending an email notification given particular triggers without using XML code output on the BR.

Thanks for the reply . we used couple of notification for certain instances. I am doing an xml codes on by sequence so iam trying to trigger the email on the last sequence once all the criteria met
