Does anyone know if it is possible to add a delay of x milliseconds to an outgoing message?

Hi,

Could you explain a little more. it is possible to use a xml with a SME message which could be a delay. I doubt that it could be made for milliseconds but a delay can be done. Is this for an integration, which I think it might be since the title indicates xml maps. Either way let me know and I might have a solution.
