We are using the IFS FSM6 Application for our Field Service Operation in different Business Cases such as Telecom, Retail etc..
It is almost an year since we Deployed and Go-Live FSM Application in LATAM Region (Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia). Since then we are getting this as continuous feedback from our End-Customer to support Forgot Password option on Web Client Screen.
Please suggest When IFS is planning to bring this Option for End-User to reset their Password.
