I am taking about “Created By Name“ column, if we create a task and perform chaning the  status on the task then this chaanges has been store with created by  and created_dttm , so I am asking about created by, From where this value has been come?

This is a baseline field and functionality. Whoever triggers the record insert will become the value of the ‘Created By’ field.
