Have you applied any custom business logic (BR) behind the teams screen? Please share more information
I haven’t applied any BR, but I got this error while deleting the teamId record in UI and then deleted it through query level and created a temId record with the same name.

Not exactly sure what you have attempted here. Did you delete the team record from the UI and then tried to delete the same record from a SQL query as well?
