What is the app type = SRG?
My dataset appears to be running so it’s not a complete failure.

Event log - clarification

SRG is Restful Gateway. Since integration is running fine as you mentioned, it is possible that a user (or an external direct integration like an appointment booking portal) is trying to invoke an API but the credentials using is wrong.
