Using MWO we’re able to upload pictures on work tasks as well as within surveys. All is stored within the media library, so far so good.
I’ve however noticed that on a worktask you can only see pictures uploaded to the work task and on work order level you only see pictures uploaded to the workorder. You do not see all pictures associated with tasks, on the workorder level - nor do you see any pictures associated with any survey answers (but the answers seem to be tagged to the relevant work task).
What is best practice to ensure a good, easy to use, overview of all media on a work order for our users?
Running 23R1 on IFS Cloud (hosted by IFS).
