Hi Team,

 

Please let me know, whether there are any automatic mechanism for creating part disposition, in our case in mobile created one part disposition but in FSM after some time part disposition duplication created even task is not completed.

 

Note: while duplication creation of part disposition, from mobile part disposition record not synched with DB, it was waiting or ready

have you configured any custom mobile client scripts behind this scenario? can you elaborate a little more with some screenshots

@SAMLK we are having client script attached to the custom part disposition screen but in the client script there is no insertion logic.
