We have a user who is getting a “Due Date is required” error when trying to make a change to the Place screen. The due date is on the CC Escalation tab on the Place screen. The field does is not required on the screen, or metadata. There is no BR or client script that is producing this error. Do you know what it could be?

It sounds like you have hit all of the first places to look. Does this happen to all users who use that screen? Does this happen all of the time? Does it matter if there is an escalation record on the screen or does it happen when there is no escalation? Does the tab have list views or columns or both?

Yes it happens to all users who have that screen associated with the role. If the due date field is populated, they are able to make changes. Its only when the due date field is empty they cant make any changes. If there is no escalation, they can make changes.

I just checked the list view and it is showing as required. That is the issue! Thank you @Morris!
