We are trying to determine if we should use the DSE at some of our operating companies. Therefore, I was curious if anyone had baseline metrics they tracked before implementing the DSE and how they have improved since going live.

DSE is a process within PSO, but I was under the impression that is you have PSO, DSE is running and you are using it. Am I mistaken on that?
