When using appointment booking in FSM it appears that no matter what value is set in PSO against the appointment template 'offer expiry window' field, the offer slot is only valid for 5 mins.

Does the FSM-PSO integration consider the PSO appointment template offer expiry window or will it always default to 5 mins? Is there a way to change this default value?

You’ve worked it out correctly, it hard codes the timeout to 5 minutes on the appointment request so the offer expiry window set on the appointment template in PSO is ignored.  As far as I know it isn’t possible to change this.

As of update 24 it is possible to change this parameter. From the release note of 6u24:

 

Earlier versions will not contain this however; you will need to update to version 24 to be able to use it.
