In FSM, inside dispatch console, one criteria in a filter works at a time but not multiple like I used competency F3 & it filtered some resources
When I use competency F5, it filters other resources but when I use both F3 & F5, it does not filter & show anything. I want to see the resources who have F3 OR F5, how can I do that?
It seems Match all is affecting here as it is ticked by default
