Hi,
What shifts are setup against the resource? Have you generated the Resource Avaialability for the Resource? This can be done through the Resource Details page.
hi
we didn’t made any resource shift pattern , we have made a calendar which dispatch don’t follow if resource starts the work.
thanks
Hi,
As per business requirement there is no need to create a shift for resource. we have created a calendar in which we have define a day with 12 hours working in a day. So when we assign the task to any FSE then it will take the allocation end date as per calendar defined by us.
As per screenshot given below you can see the allocation task end date is following a calendar with 12 hours a day.
Once FSE click on work started then this date is changed in Dispatch console and it follows a 24 hours calendar(default calendar from IFS), below is the screenshot from dispatch console.
Do we have a way which we can use and make the 12hr calendar as a default calendar at all the screen including dispatch console and it should not be dependent with the status of task.
Let me know in case you need further clarification.

The Work Assignment you see in the Dispatch Console follows the transactional flow. When the Assignment is started - that is then the starting point of the work. I.e. that is why you will see that the start of the assignment is outside of your defined working hours, which is correct, because the work was in this case started outside of working hours.
