Hi FSM experts,
I need to disable the following menu entries in the technician portal
But seems like these entries are not associate with menus but appear independantly. Appreciate if you could let me know how to diable these entries for the technicial portal menu

What are your configurations? How do you log in?
Does the user have a TECHPORTAL license applied? Does it have a limited role?
You might need to disable the functions in the role screen, and the same for menu items
