IFS Cloud is the Future IFS product which carries Service Management component. IFS RnD is trying to implement a very close approach of functionalities of FSM to IFS cloud. In IFS cloud a component named ‘Service Management’ is added which was not present in IFS Apps. IFS Cloud comprises of other components too such as Asset Management, Supply chain, Financials, Manufacturing & Distribution. Please note that IFS cloud has IFA Apps architecture which differs from FSM Architecture.

Currently following versions of IFS Cloud is available where Service Management component is incorporated in it.
IFS Cloud 21R1

IFS Cloud 21R2

IFS Cloud 22R1

IFS Cloud 22R2

These products comprises of respective service updates too.

Does the functionality of IFS Cloud Service Management/FSM contain all of the same functionality currently present in FSM 6.X? If not, what are the gaps? 

Is there any documentation that compares the functionality/features of IFS 6.X to IFS Cloud?
