Hi

In service request management, inside the work task, I have flexibility to enter any planned start & end date

but when it comes to allocated start date, once I select allocated start date & based on task duration, it automatically takes allocated end date which might be different from planned dates

what is the relation between these two? Do I have the option to change allocated finish date?

Actual start date & end dates are taken when the task is marked to Work started & work done, right?
