Hi,

We are attempting to use the Customer Portal over Internet Explorer in order to complete some testing. Upon logging into the Customer Portal we receive this error message. Has anyone seen this before or know why this error might be happening. It is not our configuration because the out of the box (vanilla) installation throws the same error message.

 

 

Please ignore, looks like this error is related to IE and the web browser is probably not supported. We have the same error using IE from another envrionment seperate to our main domain.


Hi @pra3 ,

Please refrain using the FSM web client or portals with IE as it is not a supported browser for fsm web applications.
