Can FSM Surveys be completed via the Customer Portal?

Hi there,

We are considering how to improve capturing customer satisfaction and wondered if there was a way to make available a Survey via the FSM6u8 customer Portal?

I do not think it is possible to use the surveys in this way. @MABLGB0 have you found a way to do this at all?

Correct Lee.

 

You cannot use surveys in the customer portal.

 

Suggestion:

Build a subworkflow with user_def fields. Capturing and response in radio buttons & combobox.
