Hi all community,
I am using a solution with FSM and PSO and the Appointment Booking REST APIs.
When a slot is accepted by the end user, the system changes the time commit directly to PRIMARY.
I’ve checked and i didn’t found the corresponding configuration that is setting this.
Could you please help me to identify the configuration that controls the SLA when the consumer accepts the slot through the REST API?
