Hi,
Is there any example for Adding / Editing and Deleting Shifts inside an existing ROTA with the ROTA XML Upload Function inside the PSO Ressource Planner?

Hi Michael,

I do not believe we have any examples of adding/editing shifts for an existing Rota using the XML upload function. Whilst this is theoretically possible, we recommend using the workbench to do this.

 

It may be useful to know that we have been working on a new feature for 24R2 to import/edit Rota's via using an excel spreadsheet. This excel spreadsheet allows you to specify which shift templates are to be used by each of your resources. If you have any questions or require any more information, please reach out and I will try to help.
