Hi,

When all the users in the FSM Web Client Application, tried to login. we are getting the below error message frequently in the FSM Application.

A110: cannot authenticate the request because the login is invalid and client session is expired. You must relogin to FSM or exit.

Even with admin users we are not able to login the application.

Kindy help us to find the solve the issue.

The A110 is somewhat of a generic error and could relate to a number of different causes.

If all users are unable to log in I would suggest this is better suited to being raised as a support case for assistance as this would be more urgent than the Community is intended for.

Is this Web client access only or Smart client as well? Has the Web client ever worked?

Sometimes recycling the app pool can remedy the issue but the underlying issue should still be investigated afterwards even if this resolves the login issue to ensure this does not reoccur.
