We are getting the below error message after logging into the FSM smart client application for specific user ?

A109C cannot authenticate the request because the client session is invalid or expired

Hi @TatSrikaD,

If this is only occurring for specific users it would suggest an issue with the setup of that user. I would suggest comparing the setup of this user with one that is able to login.

Check the licensing levels to ensure there are still licenses available and that the correct license if against the user.

Also, is SSO in place?
