Hi @JuniSihombing ,
Have any mobile error logs been created for this user?
Hi Chetana,
no error in this case.
There was error before, a missing table definition. It’s then fixed.
It’s error to all users. (And these users still see correct design).
After the error was fixed, the user with issue tried again (unistall and install app), same issue.
And no mobile error log.
Hi Juni,
did you try to remove the mobile records on the person record of that particular user and then doing a fresh install on the users device?
Best regards
Roman
Hi Roman,
yes, we did try to remove the mobile records on the person record.
Any idea where else to check?
Thank you for your response.

Hi Juni,
did you also try to create the user from scratch?
Best regards
Roman
Hi Juni,
This is a strange issue. It sounds like you have done the right troubleshooting steps. Usually the screen shot you shared indicates that the mobile database failed to download or connect to the app properly. You may want to get the mobile database file and look through content. I don’t know what to look for exactly, because I don’t recall every hearing of a specific user having an issue with a specific design. Is there maybe a difference in client scripts in the working vs non-working design?
Hi Roman, Brian,
thank you for your inputs.
And apologize for the delayed response.
Roman, we have not tried to recreated this user from scratch, as this user has done a lot of transactions.
Although it’s in DEV environment, we try not to delete user(s) with transactions, as the same approach we will do in PROD.
If a new account is created, it does not have any issue using the default design.
Brian, as far as I remember, no difference in the client scripts. But the designs have some diff in used screens.
As the colleague who has the issue is currently on vacation, the earliest to be able to check the mobile database is after he is back.
Cheers,
~Juni
