Hi,
I think that lobby element is not a standard one (from R&D), so I cannot comment with certainty. I can guess though, that F/S stands for File Status. The coloring is probably there to remind the user to check in their documents (a common thing to forget.)
As for L/D, I cannot say. You can check the element definition and find the data source there and then check what that column comes from by looking at the data source.

Correct F/S stands for File Status (Checked In/Out/In Progress) = Green is checked in
L/D stands for late document (where planned finish date < today) = Red is late
O/C = Object Connected (because every document should be connected to something)
The Document Actions element displays the ‘overview’ of these actions
