Is there a default or otherwise included 365 day calendar in IFS?

Hi Guys,

Ok, I’m back again with a simple question: Does IFS come with an included 365 day calendar?

My calibrations are mostly done by outside vendors who use a 365 day calendar.

Example: if the calibrate something on 4/23/2022 (Saturday), then it will be due on 4/23/2023 (Sunday).

But the calendar my company uses, skips Sundays and holidays, so IFS shows this gauge due on 4/24/2023 - This will NOT make my auditors happy.

So, I’m wondering if IFS has an existing calendar, a 365 day calendar, that i could use?

Thanks very much for your assistance,

Calibration Guy.

Hi @Calibration Guy

I am afraid IFS doesn’t provide such a calendar.

You need to define all working days on the screen “Schedule Exceptions”.

I have not tried to build a new calendar, I don’t have access. I was just hoping that maybe IFS had a built-in default 365 day calendar.   Oh, well.     Thanks very much for your help.

Hi @Calibration Guy

you are welcome.

Then you need to create a new calendar with new schedule exceptions, unfortunately.
