Please let me know if the following actions can be taken for the field [Responsible person] (user with administrator access permission) in the document revision.
1. Disable the deletion of the document revision.
2. Disable the deletion of files.
As a precondition, we are aware of the following.
A.The [Responsible person] of a document revision cannot disable (uncheck) the [Administrator Access]/[Editor Access] permission.
B. Even if [Status] of a document revision is set to [Release], it cannot be handled by [Status] because it can be deleted by setting the status to [Disabled].
